Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and [Company name] ("VOX", "we") for VOX Play, the app and website at vox.games, and every game and feature on it. Last updated 2026-10-27.

1. Who can use VOX Play

VOX Play is for people aged 16 and over. You may browse and play games without telling us your age, but before you send messages, buy Gems or publish a game we ask for your birth year, and accounts that are under 16 cannot use those features.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use VOX Play and to make purchases. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 16 we may close it.

2. Your account

You can start as a guest and later link an account (Apple, Google, Game Center, Play Games or Steam). One VOX account works across every game on the platform. Keep your sign-in methods private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Choose a handle and name that follow the Community rules. We may change or remove a name that breaks them.

3. Playing games

Games on VOX Play are made by us, by other studios, or by players with the Make Game feature. Player-made games are published only after a human reviewer approves them. We do not promise that a game is free of errors, always available, or suitable for you.

Games run in a sandbox and talk to VOX only through our SDK. You must not try to break the sandbox, read other players' data, cheat in ranked or skor features, use bots or automation to farm rewards, or interfere with the service.

3a. Saves, skor and ranks

Your cloud saves, VOX skor (time spent in games), leaderboard entries and rewards are kept on your account. They are a service, not property, and we may reset a value that was earned by cheating or by a bug.

4. Gems, Coins and purchases

Gems are bought with real money; Coins are earned by playing and watching rewarded ads. Both exist only inside VOX Play. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account or cashed out, and are not a deposit or electronic money. Purchases are made through Apple, Google or, on the web, our payment provider Stripe, and are governed by their terms as well as ours. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are included or added as the checkout shows.

5. Make Game and what you create

Make Game lets you describe a game in one sentence and receive a finished game built with AI. It costs Gems (one free make is included for new players). Read the AI Content Policy: AI output can be wrong, can resemble other output, and is reviewed before it is public.

You own the idea you wrote. You give VOX a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, run, show, translate, promote and make backups of the game and its icon on VOX Play for as long as it is available, and to let other players play it. Rights in the underlying engines, cores and asset library stay with us and their authors. If you want your game removed, you can delete it, and public copies are taken down within a reasonable time.

Games may contain ads we place. Ads in a player-made game appear only after approval, and rewards for watching are paid to the viewer in Coins.

We review games and may review reported content, messages and profiles. We can remove content, warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts, and take back rewards earned unfairly. Serious or repeated breaches can end your access. You can appeal by writing to [email protected]; a person reads every appeal.

8. Ads, third-party services and links

VOX Play shows rewarded ads only; you choose to watch them. Ads, payments, sign-in and some features use third-party services listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites that games or users link to.

9. Changes to VOX Play and to these terms

We update the service all the time and may add, change or remove features and games. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail at least 14 days before it applies, and you can stop using VOX Play and delete your account if you disagree. Continuing to use it after that date means you accept the new terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings (or by following the Delete account page). Paid Gems that are left when you delete the account are forfeited; the app warns you before you confirm. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we must stop the service, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

11. Disclaimers and liability

VOX Play is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights, or liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and bring a claim in the courts there or, in Turkey, before the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of your place of residence. Courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over business users.
