Community and UGC Rules

VOX Play is for players aged 16 and over. These rules apply to everything you post, name, make or send: usernames, profile photos, messages, game titles and descriptions, and games made with Make Game. Last updated 2026-10-27.
1. The short version
Be decent. Do not hurt people, do not cheat, do not post what is illegal. When in doubt, leave it out.
2. Not allowed anywhere
- Any sexual content involving minors, or sexualising anyone who is or looks under 18. We report this to the authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and to Turkish authorities, and close the account at once.
- Hate speech or attacks on people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing (publishing private information) and stalking.
- Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Terrorism, extremist propaganda and glorification of violence against real people.
- Illegal goods and services, scams, phishing, malware and fake giveaways.
- Real-money gambling and gambling-like mechanics that pay out real value; selling accounts or virtual items for money.
- Impersonation of a person, studio or VOX staff; misleading names and badges.
- Spam, mass invitations, manipulating skor or rankings, cheating and bots.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy (see the Copyright and Takedown policy).
- Graphic violence or nudity beyond the age rating the game declared.
3. By surface
Names and handles: no slurs, impersonation, advertising or personal data. Profile photos: a person's face, a picture or an avatar; no nudity, no one else's face without permission; photos are reviewed before they show. Messages: only between players who follow each other; you can block anyone at any time. Games made with Make Game: the title, icon, text and play must follow these rules and the age rating the AI assigns; everything is checked automatically and by a person before it is public.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every player, game and message has a Report button. Choose a reason and, if you like, add a note. A person reviews reports; urgent ones (child safety, threats) first. You can block someone from their profile: they cannot message or follow you.
5. What we do
Depending on the case we remove the content, warn you, mute you, suspend or ban the account, take back rewards, and in serious cases report to the authorities. Repeat offenders are banned. You will be told what was done and why unless that would put someone at risk.
6. Appeals
If you think we were wrong, write to [email protected] within 30 days with your handle. A different person reads your appeal and answers within 14 days.
7. Child safety standards (CSAE)
VOX Play prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. We do not allow content or behaviour that sexualises or endangers children, and we use automatic checks on images and text together with human review. Anyone can report such content in the app or write to [email protected]; we act on reports without delay, preserve evidence as required, remove the content, close accounts and report to the relevant authorities and hotlines.
