AI Content Policy

VOX Play uses artificial intelligence to build games (Make Game), to paint icons, to translate text and to help check content. This policy says what that means for you. Last updated 2026-10-27.

1. Where AI is used

Make Game: from one sentence, AI models (such as Anthropic's Claude) shape a finished game from our ready-made game cores and asset library. A faster, cheaper model (Hızlı) or a stronger, slower one (Ultra) is chosen by you and costs Gems.
Icons: an image model (such as OpenAI's) paints the game icon.
Translations of the app, store text and our pages are made by AI.
Moderation: automatic checks look at prompts, text and images, and findings are shown to human reviewers.

2. Labels

Games made with Make Game are marked as made with AI. Games from studios that used AI to make art, text or code declare it in their game details.

3. What can go wrong

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, buggy, or similar to existing works or to what other players get from similar prompts. We test games before they are offered, but we cannot promise they are error-free. Do not put personal data, secrets or other people's private information into prompts.

4. Your prompts and data

Prompts and results are sent to our AI providers to produce the game. We keep them to run the service, for support and moderation, and to improve our cores and checks. We do not allow providers to use them to train their general models where their terms let us opt out, and we use the providers' settings that do so.

5. Rules for prompts and results

The Community and UGC Rules apply to prompts and to results. Prompts that ask for prohibited content are refused and may lead to a warning or a ban. Do not ask for copies of existing games, characters or brands you do not have the rights to; we may remove games that copy others.

6. Human approval

You can play your own game at once. It reaches the public profile and Discover only after a human reviewer approves it. A reviewer can reject or remove it, with a reason.

7. Ownership

See the Terms: you keep the idea you wrote; VOX holds a licence to run and show your game; rights in the engines and assets that come from us stay with us and their authors. Because AI output may not be protected by copyright in every country, we cannot promise exclusive rights in it.

Report any game or text that looks harmful or infringing with the Report button, or write to [email protected].
