Bu politika, VOX Games ("biz") tarafından yayınlanan tüm oyunlar için geçerlidir. Hangi verilerin neden işlendiğini açıklar. Oyunlarımız için kayıt olmanız gerekmez: bazı oyunlar yalnızca seçtiğiniz takma adla otomatik bir misafir hesap oluşturur; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı istemeyiz.

Cihazınızda saklananlar
Oyun ilerlemeniz, ayarlarınız, rastgele üretilmiş bir cihaz kimliği ve (istatistikler açıksa) henüz gönderilmemiş istatistik olayları cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu silerseniz bu veriler de silinir.
Sunucularımıza gönderilenler (çevrimiçi özellikler)
- Kayıt yedeği: oyun ilerlemeniz, geri yüklenebilmesi için.
- Skor tabloları: skorlarınız ve seçerseniz bir takma ad.
- Cihaz kimliğiniz sunucuda yalnızca geri döndürülemez bir özet (hash) olarak tutulur.
- IP adresiniz kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve reklam bölgesini belirlemek için yalnızca geçici olarak, bellekte işlenir ve kaydedilmez.

- Oyun hesabı: ilk açılışta seçtiğiniz takma adla şifresiz ve e-postasız bir misafir hesap oluşturulur. Sunucuda oyuncu kimliğiniz, takma adınız, oyun kaydınız (ilerleme, yaratıklar, envanter) ve rastgele üretilmiş bir kurulum kimliği saklanır. Günlük sıfırlamalar için cihazınızın saat dilimi farkı gönderilir.
- Sosyal özellikler: arkadaş listeniz, engellediğiniz oyuncular, diğer oyuncularla sohbet ve özel mesajlarınız ile ortak alanlardaki varlığınız (diğer oyuncuların sizi görmesi için) saklanır. Sohbet küfür filtresinden geçer; oyuncuları engelleyebilir ve şikayet edebilirsiniz.
- Oyun istatistikleri: oyunu geliştirmek için oyuncu kimliğinizle birlikte oyun içi olaylar (örneğin giriş, ilk savaş, teklifin gösterilmesi, satın alma, geri dönüş günü) yalnızca kendi sunucumuza gönderilir; üçüncü taraf istatistik SDK'sı kullanılmaz.
- Hata kayıtları: uygulama hataları ve Ayarlar > Destek'ten gönderdiğiniz hata bildirimleri (uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, kişisel veriden temizlenmiş hata günlüğü) 30 gün saklanır. Uygulama çöktüğünde veya bir hata oluştuğunda teknik hata raporu (hata mesajı, kod konumu, uygulama sürümü, platform, cihaz/tarayıcı türü; ad, e-posta, IP adresi, oyun kaydı veya oturum belirteci içermez) hata raporlama hizmet sağlayıcımız Sentry'ye (Functional Software Inc., ABD) gönderilir; Sentry bu veriyi yalnızca bizim adımıza işler ve 90 gün içinde siler.
- Reklam veya izleme kullanmaz; verileriniz satılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Veriler kendi sunucumuzda (Hetzner, Almanya) Cloudflare arkasında barındırılır.
VOXEMON hesabınızı oyunda Ayarlar > Hesabı sil ile (iki onayla) kendiniz silebilirsiniz; hesabınız ve sunucudaki tüm verileri hemen silinir. Oyuna giremiyorsanız hesap silme sayfasındaki adımları izleyin.
Arkadaşlar, sohbet ve çok oyunculu özellikler internet bağlantısı gerektirir.
Satın alımlar
Uygulama içi satın alımlar Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Satın alımın gerçek olduğunu doğrulamak ve aynı satın alımın iki kez kullanılmasını önlemek için mağazanın işlem numarasını, ürünü, zamanı ve anonim cihaz kimliğinizin özetini saklarız. Mağazaya kişisel bilgi göndermeyiz; satın alıma yalnızca bu anonim kimlikten türetilen rastgele bir hesap belirteci eklenir. VOXEMON'da ödemeler Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir; biz yalnızca işlem kayıtlarını (işlem numarası, ürün, tarih) alır ve oyun hesabınızla birlikte saklarız.
Çocuklar
Oyunlarımız genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara özel olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bir çocuğa ait veri işlediğimizi düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, silelim.
Saklama ve haklarınız
Sunucudaki kayıt yedekleri ve skorlar oyunu kullandığınız sürece saklanır. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme ve silme talepleriniz için [email protected] adresine yazın (hangi oyun olduğunu belirtin); 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

This policy applies to every game published by VOX Games ("we"). It explains which data is processed and why. You do not need to register for our games: some games create a guest account automatically with only the nickname you pick; we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Stored on your device
Your game progress, your settings, a randomly generated device id and (while statistics are on) statistics events not sent yet are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
Sent to our servers (online features)
- Save backup: your game progress, so it can be restored.
- Leaderboards: your scores and, if you choose one, a nickname.
- Your device id is kept on the server only as an irreversible hash.
- Your IP address is processed briefly in memory to prevent abuse and to decide the ad region, and is not stored.

- Online features: guest game account and save, friends, chat and direct messages, other players in shared areas
- Game account: on first launch a guest account is created with the nickname you pick, with no password and no email. The server stores your player id, your nickname, your game save (progress, creatures, inventory) and a randomly generated install id. Your device's time zone offset is sent for daily resets.
- Social features: your friend list, the players you block, your chat and direct messages with other players and your presence in shared areas (so other players can see you) are stored. Chat is filtered for profanity; you can block and report players.
- Gameplay statistics: to improve the game, in-game events with your player id (for example sign-up, first battle, offer shown, purchase, return day) are sent only to our own server; no third-party analytics SDK is used.
- Error reports: app errors and the bug reports you send from Settings > Support (app version, device model, an error log scrubbed of personal data) are kept for 30 days. When the app crashes or hits an error, a technical error report (error message, code location, app version, platform, device / browser type; no name, email, IP address, game save or session token) is sent to our error-reporting service provider Sentry (Functional Software Inc., USA), which processes it only on our behalf and deletes it within 90 days.
- Uses no ads and no tracking; your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Data is hosted on our own server (Hetzner, Germany) behind Cloudflare.
Friends, chat and multiplayer features need an internet connection.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. Your payment details never reach us. To check that a purchase is real and that it is not used twice, we store the store's transaction id, the product, the time and a hash of your anonymous device id. We send no personal data to the store; a purchase only carries a random account token derived from that anonymous id. In VOXEMON payments are processed by Apple or Google; we only receive the transaction records (transaction id, product, date) and store them with your game account.
Children
Our games are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. If you believe we processed a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and your rights
Save backups and scores on the server are kept while you use the game. For access, correction or deletion requests (GDPR, KVKK), write to [email protected] (name the game) and we answer within 30 days.
If you cannot open the game, follow the steps on the account deletion page. Inactive accounts are not deleted. Purchase transaction records may be kept, unlinked from your account, where tax and fraud-prevention rules require it.
You can delete your VOXEMON account yourself in the game under Settings > Delete account (with two confirmations); your account and all of its data on the server are deleted at once. If you cannot open the game, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
